Target plot colour for group and full spread

Different background colours or darker / more pronounced borders on the target plot review for ‘group’ and ‘full spread’ so the areas highlighted are more distinguished from the target (currently the group colour is transparent orange which gets lost against the red ring of the target, and the transparent blue of the full spread matches the targets blue ring)
